Required Skills:
Technical Diploma or Higher Secondary Education from a recognized institution. Minimum 3 years of relevant industrial experience; experience in a manufacturing or steel plant environment is preferred. Practical operating knowledge of conveyors pneumatic and hydraulic systems and roller-type briquetting machines. Good understanding of plant equipment process specifications operating parameters and process control. Experience with modern DCS/control systems and exposure to applications such as WinCC Experion or similar systems; basic computer skills are required. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and in environments involving dust heat heights and gases. Must be safety-conscious proactive hardworking and able to communicate in English and spoken Hindi.
