Lifting Supervisor

We are looking for a qualified Lifting Supervisor with strong experience in managing and supervising lifting operations at site. The candidate must hold a valid third-party Lifting Supervisor certificate and demonstrate thorough knowledge of lifting procedures equipment and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all lifting activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Review and understand lifting plans load charts and rigging configurations.
• Ensure compliance with company contractor and international lifting standards.
• Conduct pre-lift inspections and toolbox talks with rigging teams.
• Coordinate with crane operators riggers and site engineers during critical lifts.
• Ensure all lifting equipment is properly certified and fit for use.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in lifting operations (construction / industrial projects).
• Valid third-party Lifting Supervisor certificate (mandatory).
• Excellent knowledge of lifting techniques rigging tools and safety regulations.
• Good English communication skills to pass PTW (Permit to Work) exam and interviews.
• Ability to confidently attend and pass contractor/company competency assessments.
