Lifting Inspector - CCU

Job Description:

• Have fair knowledge on various standard related to lifting CCUs etc.( DNV ISO BS-EN etc.)
• Taking calls and responding to emails from clients and delivery/pickup driver personnel throughout the day.
• Updating the rental and maintenance trackers daily with accuracy. ( software)
• Submitting of trackers to respective principles on daily basis
• Communicating with foreman and inter department (Electric AC) for follow up and review of status of equipment deliverables and on time completion to client.
• Communicating with TPI for follow up and ensuring updated lifting certificates are as per client requirements.
• Receiving and conducting inbound and outbound inspections on each new piece of equipment arriving or piece of equipment being returned for cleanliness and damage assessment and fulfilling the inbound/outbound inspections in system.
• Verify pre-hire/post hire checklist based on inbound / outbound of empty containers reefers etc and coordinating with QA/QC for final verification
• Ensuring CCU units are allocated in designated location ready for rental for next outbound request.
• Documentation of all units to be in line with operational and QA/QC requirements
• HSE best practices to be applied and encourage the team to participate
