Junior Civil Engineer – Oil & Gas

Location: Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC) Qatar
Industry: Oil & Gas
Required Experience: Minimum 5 years of Oil & Gas experience

• Assist in supervising and monitoring civil construction activities at Oil & Gas project sites.
• Review civil drawings technical specifications and construction documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor civil works including excavation concrete works foundations structural works and other infrastructure activities.
• Coordinate with project engineers supervisors contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of site activities.
• Conduct routine site inspections and verify that work is carried out according to approved drawings specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor work progress and report any technical issues delays or deviations to the project team.
• Coordinate material requirements and support the planning and scheduling of civil construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with project quality requirements HSE procedures and site safety regulations.
• Maintain daily progress reports inspection records and other relevant project documentation.
• Support the resolution of site issues and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas projects.
• Experience in civil construction site supervision and inspection activities.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings technical specifications and construction documents.
• Knowledge of concrete works foundations excavation and structural civil works.
• Familiarity with construction quality requirements and HSE standards.
• Good communication coordination and reporting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a project-based site environment.
• Candidates with previous experience in Qatar Oil & Gas projects will be preferred.
