Job Overview
The Financial Analyst will support GeoSoft’s finance function by conducting financial planning budgeting forecasting and performance analysis. With 5 years of experience the role requires strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting decision-making improving efficiency and ensuring financial governance across projects and operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance Accounting Economics or related field (Master’s or CFA/CPA preferred).
- Proficiency in financial modeling Excel and financial reporting software.
- Strong understanding of budgeting forecasting and variance analysis.
- Knowledge of international accounting standards and financial best practices.
Experience
- 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Proven background in developing budgets forecasts and management reports.
- Experience in project-based or multinational environments preferred.
- Track record of supporting business strategy with financial insights.

- Prepare financial reports forecasts and analysis to support business decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Support budgeting processes and ensure alignment with company strategy.
- Monitor project and operational costs ensuring financial discipline and governance.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to provide financial insights for growth initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Proactive results-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
