Job Title: IT Support Engineer
Location: Qatar
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Support Engineer to provide IT support and ensure the smooth operation of IT services. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills excellent customer service and experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of IT support experience.
- Valid accredited ITIL certification (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of IT support processes incident management and end-user support.
