IT Officer

Job Description

The IT Officer will be responsible for managing the full IT operations and infrastructure of the organization ensuring efficient performance of servers networks ERP systems cybersecurity tools databases and user devices. The role requires strong technical skills in Windows Server environments network administration Microsoft 365 virtualization cybersecurity and SQL Server database administration. Additionally the IT Officer will support and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O CRM HR Payroll Warehouse Retail and Project modules) Microsoft Navision (NAV) and SAP ensuring smooth implementation integration maintenance and first-level support for ERP and business applications across various business units.

Key Responsibilities

ERP SAP & Database Systems (Implementation & Support)

• Implement administer maintain and provide first-line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Microsoft Navision (NAV) and SAP systems.
• Support D365 F&O CRM HR Payroll Warehouse Retail Finance and Project modules including integrations with other business applications.
• Provide support for Microsoft Navision (NAV) including user access configuration troubleshooting reporting and coordination with external vendors.
• Provide first-line support for SAP applications and coordinate with SAP consultants/vendors for technical or functional escalations.
• Manage and support Microsoft SQL Server including database administration user access backup and recovery performance monitoring maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries reports stored procedures and database integrations as required.
• Monitor ERP and database performance and ensure data availability integrity and security.
• Coordinate with business users ERP consultants and software vendors for implementation integration upgrades and issue resolution.
• Ensure smooth operation and integration of D365 Navision SAP SQL Server and other business applications across the organization.

Server & Systems Administration

• Install configure and troubleshoot Windows Server (2012 R2 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022).
• Manage Active Directory DNS DHCP GPOs domain services and user accounts.
• Administer virtualization platforms such as Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Manage server backup disaster recovery solutions and system performance monitoring.
• Ensure effective patch management using WSUS SCCM and Intune.

Network & Security Management

• Administer network switches routing configurations and wireless solutions (Aruba Controller).
• Manage Sophos Firewall including security policies VPN threat protection and monitoring.
• Maintain company servers file storage systems NAS and RAID configurations.

Microsoft 365 & Business Applications

• Administer Office 365 (Exchange Online SharePoint OneDrive Teams licensing and security).
• Provide support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Microsoft Navision and Microsoft CRM.

IT Infrastructure & User Support

• Provide first-line support for IT issues related to networks email systems and end-user devices.
• Support and maintain office equipment including Sharp printers Avaya PBX laptops desktops and peripherals.
• Maintain and ensure optimal performance of company websites and online platforms.
• Assist guide and train employees on IT systems applications and cybersecurity awareness.
• Manage the daily operations of complete IT infrastructure and ensure maximum uptime.

Experience Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as an IT Administrator IT Officer or System Administrator.
• Strong experience in managing Windows Servers Active Directory and IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems especially Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Good understanding of network infrastructure firewalls virtualization and Office 365.
• Experience in troubleshooting complex IT problems and supporting end-users.
• Strong documentation communication and analytical skills.
