ملخص الوظيفة
- Maintain accurate inventory records stock movements receipts issues and transfers in the inventory or ERP system.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to verify incoming and outgoing materials against delivery notes and supporting documents.
- Conduct regular stock checks cycle counts and inventory reconciliations to identify shortages or discrepancies.
- Prepare inventory reports stock summaries and documentation for management review.
- Ensure materials are correctly labelled recorded and stored in designated warehouse locations.
- Report damaged missing excess or slow-moving stock and support corrective action.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in business administration logistics supply chain or a related field is preferred.
- Must have at least 3-4 years of previous experience in warehouse inventory stock control stores administration or logistics.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel inventory systems ERP software and warehouse documentation.
- Available to join Immediately
