HR Project Manager 15 Years Experience
Responsible for planning and managing complex HR projects from initiation through completion ensuring delivery within agreed scope schedule budget and quality requirements.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Develop and manage HR project plans timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate stakeholders and project resources.
- Monitor project risks dependencies budgets and progress.
- Lead HR transformation and improvement initiatives.
- Establish project governance and reporting mechanisms.
