Duty Hours: 8 Hours per day / 26 days per month
The Utilities Technician will be responsible for conducting regular maintenance troubleshooting and repair of utility equipment and facility systems. This role requires hands-on experience across plumbing piping mechanical and electrical tasks to ensure continuous and efficient operation of utilities.
Perform regular maintenance of utility equipment and systems.
Troubleshoot and repair issues related to plumbing piping mechanical and electrical components.
Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid equipment failures and downtime.
Inspect utility systems and ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and equipment status.
Respond promptly to maintenance-related requests.
Experience in conducting maintenance of various utility equipment.
Strong knowledge in:
Plumbing systems
Piping systems
Mechanical maintenance
Basic electrical tasks
Ability to perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Good understanding of safety procedures related to utility operations.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
