ملخص الوظيفة

  • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance across Network & Infrastructure systems.
  • Oversee Network L2/L3 NOC Netka cable-management/CMS drawings IPTV and clock systems.
  • Lead technical specialists and maintain certified resource coverage.
  • Own Level-3 technical support and manage OEM technical escalations.
  • Approve SOPs method statements and preventive-maintenance schedules.
  • Provide technical input for infrastructure-related changes.
  • Support root-cause analysis and resolution of recurring and major incidents.
  • Monitor discipline performance and report to the Service Delivery Manager.


    • Requirements
  • Bachelors degree or Diploma in Engineering/IT.
  • Certifications relating to core systems such as Aruba/HPE Cisco and NMS.
  • ITIL Foundation.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant hands-on experience in large enterprise or airport environments.
  • Previous team leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of network/infrastructure systems troubleshooting and OEM management.
  • Leadership and mentoring capability.
  • Must meet airport security HSE and cybersecurity requirements.
