Head of Concept- Designs

Define and drive the overall design philosophy and creative direction

Establish and maintain concept design standards guidelines and branding

Review guide and approve all concept design submissions

Ensure consistency and quality across all concept design outputs

Lead the interpretation of client briefs into clear design strategies

Ensure alignment of concepts with:

• Client vision and expectations
  

• Project budget and constraints
  

• Commercial and market feasibility
  

Act as the key design representative during early client engagements

Oversee the development of:

• Concept master plans (where applicable)
  

• Massing studies and zoning strategies
  

• Area statements and stacking plans
  

• Preliminary layouts and concept reports
  

• 3D concepts visualizations and renderings (e.g. 3ds Max SketchUp)
  

Lead client presentations and design storytelling at concept stage

Coordinate with authorities for early-stage planning approvals

Ensure smooth coordination with the Detailed Design team during initial phases

Lead mentor and develop the concept design team

Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects

Conduct performance reviews and ensure QA/QC of concept outputs

Foster a culture of creativity innovation and accountability

Bachelors Degree in Architecture () or equivalent

Masters Degree in Architecture / Urban Design / Planning is preferred

Professional registration or accreditation (preferred)

Minimum 1215 years of experience in architectural design with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on concept design
