ملخص الوظيفة
- To promote guest satisfaction by ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are well maintained.
- To be fully aware of the maintenance request procedure and ensure that it is followed and carried out at all times.
- To be instructed by the relevant supervisor of his duties in regards to maintaining guest room and public areas to the highest possible standard.
- To be fully versed and capable in electrical plumbing and painting requirements related to the designated areas of work (should be multi-skill).
- To be practically adaptable and willing to take on works and requirements asked to him.
- If judged to be capable of carrying out a different job title/requirement must be willing to accept new job challenges and position.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the room is left clean and in perfect working condition after completion of any work performed.
- Maintain a good rapport and working relationship and report for duty punctually wearing the proper uniform and name tag appropriately.
Qualifications :
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any other combination of education training or experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities necessary to perform the duties of the position.
- At least 2 years experience in maintenance & repair construction or similar work
- Knowledge of construction plumbing and electrical
