Guest Service Agent (Operator)

• Welcome and support guests visitors and staff with professionalism and genuine hospitality
• Manage incoming and outbound communications using our multi-line phone system ensuring prompt and accurate responses
• Share information about our services promotions rates and facility policies with clarity and enthusiasm
• Coordinate guest appointments and inquiries while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain accurate records through data entry message logging and administrative support

Qualifications :

• At least 1 year of experience in a guest-facing or communication role within the hospitality industry (or similar customer service environment)
• Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is a wonderful bonus
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a natural problem-solver who thrives while staying composed under pressure
• Comfortable with computer systems including experience with or willingness to quickly learn Opera System
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a positive outlook and collaborative spirit
