Facility Management Manager – Architecture

The Facility Management Manager Architecture will oversee architectural civil and building fabric maintenance activities ensuring facilities are maintained to required operational safety quality and contractual standards.

• Manage architectural building fabric and associated civil maintenance activities.
• Lead FM teams and coordinate contractors and specialist service providers.
• Monitor planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Conduct inspections and identify defects risks and improvement requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar codes specifications HSE environmental and quality standards.
• Monitor SLA/KPI performance and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate effectively with clients and project stakeholders.

• Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience.
• UPDA/MMUP Grade A or B mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of architectural and civil works.
• Knowledge of applicable Qatar standards and building codes.
• Fluent in Arabic and English mandatory.
• School/kindergarten FM experience within the GCC is highly preferred.
• CFM FMP or SFP certification is preferred.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
