Facility Management Engineer – Civil

The Facility Management Engineer Civil will support the delivery of civil maintenance and FM services ensuring works are completed safely efficiently and in accordance with contractual requirements and applicable Qatar standards.

• Manage and monitor preventive and corrective civil maintenance activities.
• Conduct inspections and identify building and civil defects.
• Coordinate technicians contractors and maintenance activities.
• Prepare technical reports work plans and corrective action recommendations.
• Monitor work quality and compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar codes HSE quality and environmental requirements.
• Support project and FM management activities.

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Facility Management and/or Project Management within the GCC.
• UPDA/MMUP Grade B or C mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of civil maintenance works.
• Good understanding of Qatar standards and codes.
• Fluent in Arabic and English mandatory.
• Strong analytical communication planning and problem-solving skills.
