Facilities Plant Operator

The Facilities Plant Operator will operate and monitor electromechanical plant and building systems ensuring safe efficient and reliable operation across assigned facilities.

• Operate and monitor mechanical and electromechanical plant.
• Monitor HVAC air-conditioning and cooling systems.
• Monitor and operate BMS systems.
• Conduct routine plant inspections and operational checks.
• Identify equipment abnormalities and technical faults.
• Escalate maintenance requirements to technical teams.
• Maintain accurate operational logs and records.
• Coordinate with engineers supervisors and technicians.

• Technical qualification in Air Conditioning Mechanical or Electromechanical disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• 3 years experience as a Plant Operator within schools and kindergartens.
• Strong knowledge of electrical mechanical HVAC and cooling systems.
• Good knowledge of electromechanical operational requirements and BMS systems.
• Relevant technical certifications preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• English required; Arabic preferred.
