- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chairman including calendar management meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and manage correspondence reports and presentations to ensure efficient communication.
- Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders maintaining professional relationships.
- Conduct research and compile data to assist in decisionmaking and strategic planning.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Organize board meetings and events ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Monitor and prioritize requests and tasks to align with the Chairmans objectives.
Requirements:
- Must have 12 to 15 years of relevant experience
- Asian Nationality Male
- Must have Qatar Driving license
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Must have a postgraduate degree in Business Administration or Office management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and manage schedules effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or other office software is crucial.
