ملخص الوظيفة
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise overhaul and maintenance activities.
- Plan and organize daily activities manpower and resources effectively.
- Ensure work is carried out safely and in accordance with required procedures.
- Monitor team performance productivity and work progress.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using relevant IT systems.
- Communicate effectively with management supervisors and team members.
- Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 Years of experience
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Good knowledge of IT systems and software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Good understanding of Health Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements.
- Technical knowledge of Rolling Stock maintenance and practices or a similar environment.
- Engineering ONC or equivalent qualification/experience for production roles.
- Basic understanding of continuous improvement principles.
- Knowledge of contract/commercial matters.
