Electrical Technician

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems equipment and fixtures within the hotel.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults lighting systems power outlets motors and control panels.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential electrical issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and hotel standards.
• Maintain records of repairs maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Assist with installation testing and commissioning of electrical equipment when required.
• Coordinate with other engineering team members to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience preferably in a hotel commercial building or facility management environment.
• Knowledge of HVAC BMS or other building systems wiring lighting motors generators and preventive maintenance an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
