Execute e-invoicing functional and compliance testing ensuring invoice lifecycle and reporting integrity across all invoice processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Test invoice creation validation corrections cancellations and reporting outputs
- Validate mandatory data formats exceptions and reconciliation with downstream systems
- Produce audit-ready evidence packs for sign-off
- Support compliance validation against e-invoicing standards
- Identify and document edge cases and exception scenarios
REQUIRED SKILLS
- E-invoice domain testing expertise
- Data validation capabilities
- Strong defect documentation skills
- Attention to detail
- Compliance knowledge
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of e-invoicing standards and regulations
- Experience with invoice management systems
- Understanding of financial reporting requirements
- Background in accounting or finance
