ملخص الوظيفة
- Prepare format review and maintain technical and administrative documents reports correspondence and records.
Coordinate meetings schedules project activities agendas minutes and follow-up actions.
Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems including confidential records.
Support IT hardware PC peripheral equipment upgrades repairs installations and contract-related activities.
Respond to user queries and support the preparation of IT knowledge-base articles guides and training materials.
Minimum 12 years* of relevant experience working within an IT environment is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.
Good knowledge of office administration documentation and record-management procedures.
Strong organizational written communication numerical and basic statistical skills.
Fluency in written and spoken *English; Arabic* language skills are preferred.
Required Skills:
