Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Analyze and monitor costs associated with medical services departments and operational activities.
• Develop cost allocation models for procedures services and departments.
• Prepare detailed cost reports variance analysis and financial forecasts.
• Assist in budgeting financial planning and pricing strategies for healthcare services.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
• Work closely with procurement finance and operations teams to control expenditures.
• Monitor inventory costing utilization trends and wastage.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external audit requirements.
• Support management with data-driven financial insights and reporting.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
• Professional certification (ACCA/CMA/CPA) is an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in costing or financial analysis.
• Experience in healthcare or hospital environment preferred.
• Strong analytical reporting and Excel skills.
