We are seeking a qualified Architect with strong hands-on experience in Quantity Surveying BOQ preparation quantity take-off cost estimation and project-related commercial activities.

The candidate will be responsible for reviewing architectural and project requirements preparing and validating quantities supporting cost estimation and commercial evaluations and coordinating with project engineering procurement and QA/QC teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.

• Prepare review and validate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on architectural drawings specifications and project requirements.

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs from drawings specifications and construction documents.

• Prepare cost estimates material estimates and project cost assessments.

• Review architectural drawings and coordinate with engineering and construction teams to identify quantity and scope requirements.

• Monitor project quantities variations and changes in scope.

• Support preparation and evaluation of variation orders additional works and claims.

• Review subcontractor and supplier quotations and assist in commercial evaluations.

• Maintain quantity cost and commercial documentation for assigned projects.

• Coordinate with Project Managers Engineers Procurement Planning Commercial and QA/QC teams.

• Ensure project documentation and deliverables comply with approved specifications drawings standards and contractual requirements.

• Assist in identifying discrepancies between drawings BOQs specifications and actual site conditions.

• Conduct site visits when required to verify quantities and work progress.

• Support measurement and valuation of completed works.

• Assist with project cost control budget monitoring and commercial reporting.

• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of project-related commercial records.

• Support QA/QC activities related to architectural works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

• Review architectural and construction works against approved drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspection and verification of completed works.

• Identify quality deviations and assist in resolving non-conformities.

• Verify that materials and workmanship comply with approved project requirements.

• Maintain relevant inspection measurement and quality documentation.
