Commis 2 (IRD)

• Assist in the preparation cooking and presentation of food items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations including ingredient preparation portioning and mise en place.
• Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations kitchen equipment and storage areas.
• Follow food safety hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or wastage to the Chef de Partie.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a similar kitchen role preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Culinary certification or relevant training is an advantage.
