The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall direction for the company's trading and contracting operations. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's strategic plan to achieve sustainable growth and profitability across trading and contracting business units.
Lead and oversee all business operations ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and shareholder expectations.
Identify new business opportunities strategic partnerships and market expansion initiatives to strengthen the company's competitive position.
Drive revenue growth by optimizing sales performance project acquisition and business development activities.
Oversee financial planning budgeting cash flow management and profitability to ensure the company's financial health.
Monitor major contracting projects and trading operations to ensure timely delivery quality standards and client satisfaction.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients government entities suppliers investors and key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with local regulations contractual obligations corporate governance standards and risk management policies.
Lead organizational development initiatives including talent management succession planning and leadership development.
Review and approve major investments contracts procurement decisions and capital expenditure proposals.
Promote a high-performance culture focused on accountability innovation operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Engineering Finance or a related field. MBA or other executive management qualification is highly preferred.
Experience
Minimum 15 - 20 years of progressive leadership experience including at least 8 years in senior executive management roles within trading contracting construction engineering or related industries.
