Job Title: Car Paint Technician
Job Responsibilities
Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by performing body filling sanding masking and priming in accordance with paint manufacturer repair standards.
Apply paint using appropriate techniques and equipment to achieve a high-quality factory-standard finish.
Restore vehicle finishes through machine compounding polishing and buffing to ensure a smooth and professional appearance.
Operate painting tools and equipment including spray guns paint booths sanding equipment infrared heaters polishing machines respirators and breathing masks.
Mix and match paint colors accurately to meet manufacturer specifications.
Follow all health safety and environmental procedures when handling paints chemicals and hazardous materials.
Wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Maintain painting tools and equipment in good working condition.
Keep the work area clean organized and safe while adhering to workplace safety standards.
Working Hours
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Working Schedule: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
