Barback

• Assist bartenders with preparation and service support.
• Restock beverages glassware garnishes and bar supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and storage areas.
• Wash and polish glassware and bar equipment as required.
• Collect and dispose of empty bottles waste and used items.
• Assist with receiving storing and rotating beverage inventory.
• Support opening and closing bar duties.
• Follow hygiene safety and company standards.
• Provide assistance to the service team during busy periods.

Qualifications :

1. Previous hospitality café or restaurant experience preferred.
2. Good communication and teamwork skills.
3. Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
4. Fast reliable and organized.
5. Good attention to cleanliness and detail.
6. Professional grooming and positive attitude.
7. Flexible to work shifts weekends and public holidays.
