The Azure Cloud & Application Hosting Engineer ensures high availability and performance of applications hosted in Azure and local environments. The role involves deployment monitoring and maintenance of hybrid infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deploy web applications and databases on Azure Cloud.
- Implement monitoring scaling and backup strategies for hosted apps.
- Services with developers to automate CI/CD pipelines and performance testing.
- Ensure compliance with security governance and disaster recovery standards.
- Optimize cloud costs and maintain hybrid system integrations
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Engineering or related discipline.
- 5 years of experience in Azure administration and DevOps environments.
- Proficiency with Azure Web Apps SQL Database and Storage solutions
- Knowledge of PowerShell Docker or Kubernetes preferred.
- Azure Administrator certification is a plus
