- Perform charge capture and reconciliation reviews.
- Analyze revenue cycle data to identify billing discrepancies and missed charges.
- Support Chargemaster (CDM) maintenance and validation activities.
- Conduct routine audits to ensure coding and charging accuracy.
- Prepare revenue integrity reports dashboards and KPI analyses.
- Monitor compliance with payer regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Assist in implementing revenue cycle improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with clinical finance coding and billing teams.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Finance Health Information Management Accounting or related field.
- Certification in CPC CCS RHIT or equivalent preferred.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of healthcare revenue cycle billing coding or finance experience.
- Understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies.
- Knowledge of CPT HCPCS DRG and revenue codes.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and healthcare information systems.
