About the role
As Specialist Technical Library you establish and maintain our technical library the controlled repository of technical publications and manuals ensuring current approved documentation is available to engineering maintenance and operations reporting to the Head Engineering & Maintenance.
What youll do
- Set up and maintain the technical library and document-control system for technical publications (AMM IPC MEL / CDL SBs ADs CAME / MOE and OEM / regulatory docs).
- Manage revisions amendments and distribution so only current approved versions are in use.
- Track publication currency and OEM / regulatory updates coordinating with CAMO maintenance and operations.
- Maintain records and access control and support audits and CAA oversight.
- Operate and optimise the electronic technical-records / library system.
What youll bring
- Experience in technical records / technical library / document control in an airline CAMO or MRO ideally regional.
- Knowledge of aircraft technical publications (AMM IPC MEL SB / AD) and revision / document-control processes.
- Highly organised and detail-focused with strong systems and records discipline.
- Familiarity with electronic document-management / technical-records systems.
What will set you apart
- Turbo-prop (e.g. ATR) documentation experience and Middle East / GCC exposure.
- Experience standing up a technical library for a new AOC / start-up.
- An understanding of continuing-airworthiness requirements.
