Job Title: Production Manager
Industry: Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
- Full management of aluminium and uPVC windows and doors production.
Production planning and workforce allocation.
Manage cutting welding assembly glass and accessories processes.
Monitor CNC machines and production equipment.
Follow up on quality waste and productivity.
Coordinate with sales installation teams sites and logistics.
Follow up on customer complaints.
Manage materials and inventory.
Monitor safety procedures and operational reports.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience
- Qualification: Diploma or Bachelors degree in:
Mechanical Engineering
Production Engineering - Industrial Engineering
Direct experience in manufacturing aluminum and uPVC windows and doors.
Experience managing a factory or production department. - Language: Basic English.
