We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of HVAC Technician in Oman. We are seeking skilled and motivated HVAC professionals with hands-on experience in installation maintenance repair and troubleshooting of air-conditioning systems. Candidates must have experience working with central air-conditioning systems and possess strong technical knowledge of HVAC components. - Install maintain service and repair HVAC and air-conditioning equipment.
- Diagnose HVAC faults independently and carry out appropriate corrective actions.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on split window package and central AC systems.
- Inspect and troubleshoot compressors motors thermostats and associated components.
- Maintain central air-conditioning systems to ensure reliable operation and cooling performance.
- Test HVAC equipment after servicing or repair to verify proper operation.
- Identify defective components and recommend appropriate repair or replacement.
- Follow applicable safety procedures while carrying out HVAC installation and maintenance work.
- Central AC Systems: Hands-on experience with central air-conditioning systems is mandatory.
- HVAC Troubleshooting: Ability to independently diagnose HVAC faults and determine corrective action.
- HVAC Installation & Maintenance: Practical experience installing maintaining and repairing HVAC equipment.
- AC System Knowledge: Knowledge of split window package and central AC systems.
- HVAC Components: Technical knowledge of compressors motors thermostats and control systems.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance capability.
- Strong understanding of refrigeration and air-conditioning principles.
- Ability to work independently on HVAC fault diagnosis and repair.
Proven experience in HVAC installation maintenance and repair is required. Specific years of experience were not specified in the requirement. Experience with central air-conditioning systems is mandatory.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction materials MEP systems and fit-out specifications. Understanding of project execution strategies and procurement planning. Proficiency in ERP software for procurement tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience in managing LPO cycles (Open & Closed LPOs). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word Excel). Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
