Job Description
Role Purpose: Supports monthly reporting and financial analysis through accurate timely data preparation tracker maintenance and reconciliation support.
Key Responsibilities
Collect clean and prepare data from Zoho CRM the accounting system and department inputs for monthly performance packs.
Maintain financial trackers: revenue actuals cost allocations pipeline-to-revenue bridges and variance sheets.
Validate data inputs from BD CTOps and HR; identify and resolve discrepancies with source owners.
Support the forecast cycle with data collection formatting and consolidation.
Maintain documentation of financial data definitions assumptions and calculation methodologies.
Assist the Senior Performance Analyst with ad-hoc financial analysis requests.
Key Deliverables
Clean data sets for monthly performance pack
Updated financial trackers (monthly)
Reconciliation notes with resolved discrepancies
Documentation of assumptions and definitions

Requirements: 14 years in finance accounting or data analysis; strong spreadsheet skills and numerical accuracy required.
