Primary Objectives / Responsibilities

• Provide strong HSSE leadership and promote a culture of safety integrity and operational excellence.
• Lead and oversee all Construction and Completions activities to ensure safe predictable and efficient project delivery.
• Develop and implement construction and completions strategies from engineering through construction commissioning and final handover.
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to project teams to achieve project objectives and business goals.
• Drive constructability Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and execution excellence across all project phases.
• Foster collaboration remove barriers and drive team performance to achieve contractual and operational targets.
• Should also be responsible for managing large team across major program of work

Specific Accountabilities

• Direct and manage all construction completions and commissioning readiness activities across the project.
• Lead construction execution planning and ensure alignment with project schedules budgets quality and safety requirements.
• Oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with project procedures HSSE standards and quality requirements.
• Ensure effective coordination between engineering procurement construction completions commissioning and operations teams.
• Drive constructability reviews and implementation of Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) principles.
• Lead mechanical completion systemization turnover and handover activities to support successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment of project objectives.
• Promote digitalization innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation measures to support successful delivery outcomes.
• Mentor coach and develop project leadership and multidisciplinary teams.
