Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chicken Griller or similar role.
Experience in charcoal grilling is mandatory.
Ability to work under pressure and in high-heat conditions.
Intermediate education level preferred.
Basic English communication skills.
Male candidate age below 25 years.
Indian nationality preferred.
Muslim candidate preferred as per client requirement.

Experience in restaurants hotels cafeterias or catering establishments preferred. Good understanding of food safety hygiene and kitchen operations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain quality during peak hours. Indian nationality preferred. Good teamwork communication skills and a passion for authentic South Indian cuisine.
