Job Summary:
- Responsible for the quality management of production process including the process tracking quality problem solving root cause analysis the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge in WTG components especially nacelle and hub
- Fast learner & Data analysis
- Proficient in reading engineering documents drawings & technical specifications
- Knowledge of certifications & requirements
- Capable of conducting root cause analysis
- Strong documentation & reporting skills
- Attention to detail problem solving skills
- Understanding of technical processes
- Ability to work in a short time in new conditions
- The ability to plan work tasks and assign them to other people
- Ability to work with people stress tolerance
Requirements
- Familiar with the wind blade and ISO9001 quality system knowledge
- Understand and can use quality management for seven tools five methods. & Can communicate with English can understand and reply email in English.
- Proficient in words excel power point software for office use word excel PPT
- Bachelors degree in mechanical process engineering Industrial or quality engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Blade quality assurance production foreman quality inspector
