Position Overview

Reporting directly tothe ProductionSupervisor our futureTeam Leaderwill have as missionsto:

• Supervise and coordinate production teams ensuring quality standards safety compliance and achievement of production targets while developing team capabilities.

• Supervise 50 production operatives and coordinate daily activities

• Monitor production output efficiency metrics and quality indicators

• Conduct meetings and briefings

• Train and mentor team members; provide performance feedback

• Investigateincidents andimplementcorrective actions

• Manage shift handovers and escalate issues toProduction Supervisor

• Supportcontinuousimprovementinitiatives

• Maintainproduction documentation and reports

• Manage attendance and basic disciplinary processes

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Diploma ( Bac2)

• 5 years production operations experience; 2 in supervisory role

• Manufacturingexperiencehighlyvalued

• Strong leadership and team management capability

• Knowledge ofautomotivesafety standards

• Flexibility for shift work and on-call availability
