Your Role:

Leads an operational team and is accountable for the operational and financial performance of the assigned business perimeter. Ensures service quality process compliance team development and continuous performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and supervise business strategies aligned with company goals.

• Integrate digital and artificial intelligence into the daily business.

• Manage daily operations and ensure efficient workflow within the business unit.

• Manage the Order Control target achievement .

• Oversee team performance provide coaching and support development.

• Implement quality standards and process improvements.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.

• Monitor key business metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Act as an interface with the client or internally in the event of middle difficulty.

• Interaction with business referents for scoring and service provider performance.

• Ensure the follow-up with purchasing department.

• Realizes team evaluation and action plans.

• Conduct interviews in pairs with job referents.

• Participate in budget preparation and budget monitoring.

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

• Collaborative logics with other BUMs.

• Strategic vision and results-driven mindset.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
