Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of:
- Automotive engineering
- Mechanics and plastics processing
- Knowledge in Wheels and tires is a plus
- Proficiency with:
- CATIA
- PLM tools
- Good understanding of QCDP requirements
Qualifications :
Profile Requirements
- Education: Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience: 3 to 8 years in automotive development
- Experience in OEM or Tier-1 environment is a plus
Languages
- English: Minimum B2 level (ability to lead meetings in an international environment)
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset
