Work location : Tangier TFZ TRIM

• Works closely with the Program Team to establish and set-up manufacturing planning& milestones
• Define the resources needed for the new project in coordination with cross functional team
• Ensure launch activities are within budgetary targets
• Organize moderate and conduct the projects meeting internal/external
• Through coordination and liaison with the plant management team responsible for all manufacturing quality technical logistics and maintenance functions on site to support launch activities.
• Work with different cross functional groups to reach a common goal
• Manage risk factors for the project and take proactive countermeasures draw up the necessary action plans with all functions and implement the required actions in a timely manner.
• Report progress of the project thru weekly launch standard
• Coordinates & supports materials management for all pre-builds and Launch supporting materials team
• Establish and maintain effective customer working relationships in order to develop positive partnership in the continuous growth and development of the business.

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in the automotive industry; experience in Seating or knowledge of Trim/Cut & Sew components (fabrics foam plastics leather) is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong organizational and planning skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools with the ability to prepare presentations and communicate with customers and leadership.
