Work location : TFZ TRIM Plant
Reporting directly to the Process Engineering Supervisor our future Process engineer will have as main missions to be successful for this role.
A successful process engineer combines technical rigor with strong communication ownership and influence to prevent failures before they reach the customer.
- Plan and manage product industrialization ensuring process quality efficiency and capacity.
- Lead the setup of new production lines and the introduction of new technologies.
- Analyze current processes to reduce cycle time scrap and cost
- Define process flow diagrams and work instructions
- Perform capacity analysis and line balancing
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma Kaizen)
- Support process validation and qualification activities
- Ensure processes meet quality safety and regulatory requirements
- Participate in audits (internal customer ISO IATF etc.)
- Implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with Quality teams to resolve nonconformities.
- Support new product or process introduction to production
- Define equipment tooling and process parameters
- Run pilot builds and process trials
- Transfer processes from development to mass production
- Ensure smooth ramp-up and stable production start
- Define PFMIA scope (process steps line product variants)
- Prepare process flow diagram as PFMIA input
- Identify crossfunctional team members (Quality Production Maintenance)
- Schedule and facilitate PFMIA workshops
- Ensure PFMIA aligns with control plans and SOPs
- Technical Engineering degree.
