Key Responsibilities

• Engage in continuous learning across terminal functions including Safety Operations Maintenance and Ways of Working.
• Support cross-functional projects kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track and drive improvement actions ensuring timely completion and effective communication of results.
• Develop maintain and update operational documentation standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Monitor KPIs maintain performance dashboards and support regular reporting activities.
• Conduct process confirmations to verify adherence to standards and follow up on corrective actions.
• Promote LEAN methodologies by supporting value stream mapping 5S visual management standard work and other improvement tools.
• Coach and support teams in the practical application of LEAN principles and continuous improvement practices.
• Collaborate with Ways of Working teams and improvement groups to share best practices and lessons learned.
• Contribute to workshop facilitation training delivery and activities that strengthen the continuous improvement culture.

What We Are Looking For

• Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful sustainable improvements over time.
• Masters degree or Engineering degree in a relevant discipline such as Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering Automation Civil Engineering Information Technology Statistics or Business Administration.
• Strong planning prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced computer literacy combined with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Collaborative team player with high integrity and the ability to build productive relationships across different functions and stakeholder groups.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively within diverse teams.
• Interest in LEAN methodologies operational excellence and process improvement
