Field Service Engineer

Bühler Group in Casablanca Moroccois looking for a passionate professional to join our team as aField Service Engineer. This position is responsible for providing remote and on-site support for Bühler equipment production lines and automation systems ensuring inspections maintenance quality service customer satisfaction and accurate documentation.

• Perform technical field service activities including machine inspections maintenance repairs troubleshooting installations and machine control support.
• Support customers remotely and on-siteby consulting troubleshooting recommending products and services and building strong customer relationships.
• Participate in modernization and upgrade projectsfor machines cells production lines and plants.
• Prepare detailed reportsfor customers and internal teams to support follow-up actions service opportunities parts upgrades and modifications.
• Promote Bühlers safety cultureby conducting risk assessments safety checks and following all safety rules.
• Support team development and service sales by providing technical input coordinating complex maintenance work supervising engineers and training new field service engineers as experience grows.

• Diploma or certificate inelectrical mechanical or process automation.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a service Engineer.
• Fluent communication skill in English French and Arabic language.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and diagrams.
• Strong communication teamwork problem-solving and customer focus.
• Willingness to travel and valid drivers license.
• Industry equipment knowledge and MS Office/SAP skills are preferred.
