About the Role:
Contact customers to remind and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments due;
Evaluate customer accounts for any issues relating to reconciliations/statements ensuring aging balances are investigated and resolved timely;
Meet or exceed monthly collection targets to ensure timely cash flow;
Effectively manage customer inquiries and disputes;
Develop and implement strategies for recovering long-overdue account receivables;
Maintain accurate credit and collection files and perform monthly portfolio analysis;
Analyze accounts to recommend and establish an appropriate reserve for bad debts.
Who you are:
A Master degree in Finance accountant or any other related field;
Full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English is required;
ideally 1-2 years of experience in a credit control role with high volume of transaction processing in financial ERP;
You ideally will have knowledge/experience in Microsoft Business Central (Dynamics/Navision);
Strong reporting skills with the ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights;
Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment;
You have a proven track record of being highly organized with an ability to drive work to completion independently with a strong attention to detail;
You will have had experience working to tight deadlines.
