What Youll Do
Make outbound calls to mortgage brokers and industry professionals
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and referral partners
Follow up after presentations events webinars and marketing campaigns
Schedule meetings and presentations for our sales team
Develop broker profiles by gathering information through structured conversations
Maintain accurate broker profiles call notes and follow-up activities within our CRM
Learn and understand our lending products programs policies and qualification guidelines
Gather information to help determine whether potential opportunities align with our lending programs
Answer basic product-related questions and direct more complex inquiries to the appropriate team members
Identify potential lending opportunities and refer qualified prospects to our sales and underwriting teams
Help strengthen engagement with high-potential broker partners
Participate in ongoing product and industry training
What Were Looking For
Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable speaking with business professionals over the phone
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience working with CRM systems and business software
Ability to quickly learn and understand financial products lending guidelines and qualification requirements
Professional proactive and customer-focused mindset
Ideal Candidates should have:
Appointment setting experience
Customer service or call center experience
Mortgage industry experience
Banking lending insurance or financial services experience
Sales support or relationship management experience
