Ajialouna is a Lebanese non-profit organization working across social medical educational humanitarian cultural and community development fields. Through its different departments and initiatives Ajialouna supports individuals and families while creating opportunities for students and volunteers to gain practical experience and contribute to meaningful community projects.
Job Description
Support Ajialounas heritage initiatives by researching traditional Lebanese crafts artisans professions and cultural practices that are disappearing.
Key Responsibilities
- Research Lebanese crafts and traditional professions.
- Identify artisans and collect relevant information and stories.
- Organize findings into a structured database.
- Support ideas for preserving and reviving Lebanese heritage.
Requirements
Requirements
- Students in History Sociology Anthropology Architecture Design Arts Humanities or related fields.
- Strong research and organizational skills.
- Interest in Lebanese heritage and culture.
- Good Arabic and/or English communication skills.
