People & Culture Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate daily P&C operations in line with Accor values policies and procedures.
• Assist with recruitment activities including job postings candidate screening interview coordination selection and onboarding.
• Support workforce planning and coordinate staffing requirements with department heads.
• Maintain accurate employee records P&C documentation and personnel administration.
• Assist with employee engagement retention recognition and wellbeing initiatives.
• Support performance management employee relations disciplinary processes and grievance handling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies local labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate compensation and benefits administration and ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Support learning and development training and career development initiatives.
• Prepare P&C reports maintain P&C metrics and provide relevant information to management.
• Promote a positive workplace culture focused on engagement teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Supervise coach and support HR team members in their daily responsibilities.
• Assist the HR Manager/Director in implementing People & Culture initiatives and projects.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• 35 years of HR experience preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of  labor laws HR practices and employee relations.
• Experience in recruitment onboarding performance management and HR administration.
• Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
