Position: Welder
Job Summary:
The Welder is responsible for joining metal components and structures using various welding techniques ensuring all work meets quality safety and production standards. The role involves reading technical drawings preparing materials operating welding equipment and inspecting completed welds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding activities using MIG TIG ARC and other welding techniques as required.
- Read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and welding specifications.
- Prepare metal surfaces materials and components for welding.
- Cut shape and assemble metal parts according to project requirements.
- Inspect welded joints to ensure strength accuracy and quality.
- Operate and maintain welding machines tools and related equipment.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Identify and repair defective welds when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Coordinate with supervisors fabricators and other team members to complete projects on time.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma vocational training or relevant technical certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in welding is an advantage.
- Knowledge of different welding methods metal types and welding equipment.
- Ability to read technical drawings and measurements.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and able to work in industrial or construction environments.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Working Conditions:
