Waiter Waitress

Position: Waiter / Waitress
Department: Food & Beverage (F&B)

We are looking for a friendly professional and customer-focused Waiter / Waitress to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests. The successful candidate will take orders serve food and drinks maintain cleanliness and ensure a positive dining experience for customers.

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and explain food and beverage options when required.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check on customers to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and service.
• Respond to customer questions and requests.
• Clear and clean tables and prepare them for the next customers.
• Process or assist with customer bills and payments when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.
• Follow food safety hygiene and company service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and F&B staff to ensure smooth service.
• Report customer complaints or service issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

• Previous experience as a Waiter Waitress or Restaurant Server is preferred.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Friendly polite and professional attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Good attention to detail.
• Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts weekends and holidays when required.
